After your order has been processed by our team, estimated delivery times from Sydney, Australia are as follows -
Parcel Post: 5 business days
Express Post: 2 business days
Bulk Delivery: 7 - 14 business days
All services: 7 - 21 business days
Postage Without Tracking
For some items, postage without tracking is available as a 'cost effective' delivery option, however please use this service at your own risk.
We are not responsible for / do not provide coverage for items which are sent without tracking and unfortunately lost in the post!
How can I track my delivery?
If you selected the 'Express' or 'With Tracking' option during checkout, you will receive an email once the order has been dispatched with the tracking number.
Delivery status of these orders can be viewed on the Australia Post website.
If you are located outside of Australia and select the 'Uninsured' postage option, you will still receive a customs number for your parcel, however please note - this is not a tracking number!
